CustomerMinds provides a range of digital services to both our fully managed and self-service clients. These vary between campaign management and data capture to virtual and onsite consultancy.
The Client Services Team in CustomerMinds comprises a group of platform experts who are well versed in the features and functionality of Which50. Using the platform, the team executes digital communication campaigns on behalf of our clients.
We regularly manage email, sms and data capture campaigns for our clients. We also manage any combination of the above in multi-channel campaigns, even integrating our Event Manager app to create multi-channel event registration campaigns.
The Client Services team also work on bespoke data-centric projects. These are generally more complex than the standard multi-channel campaign. In the past, we have worked on advanced data capture forms, automated customer journeys, NPS surveys and mobile & web applications integrated with Which50.
We offer two consultancy models – onsite and virtual.
Our onsite consultants will integrate with your team and manage your Which50 campaigns within your organisation. This is an ideal solution if staff resources are limited or during onboarding, to get your team up and running with Which50.
Our virtual consultants manage Which50 campaigns exclusively for a number of clients from the CustomerMinds office, which provides an extra pair of hands in times of high demand or staff turnover.
Training & Support
As part of our onboarding programme, each user will receive mandatory training to get them started. A range of optional electives are also offered for users who want to dive into more advanced functionality. All clients are entitled to email and phone support during business hours, and access to our self-service Help Centre 24/7.
