Advanced Personalisation and Branding
With just a couple of clicks you can personalise your subject line - or any part of your email. It's as easy as that to increase your response rates.
You can also brand the two "from" fields: the address (newsletters@abccompany.com) and the name (ABC Widgets).
You can use your own domain alias, media domain and bounce domain so your emails are completely stripped of CustomerMinds' name and the recipients only see your company's name and branding aspects (This is probably the only place where we use techie-jargon! But, don't worry - we'll take you step by step through this process.).
Segmentation and Targeting

A Spam Scoring tool is used to highlight any design or content elements which may be problematic.
Using a Unique Domain Alias is a key way to improve your deliverability and protect your reputation from being identified on URBLs (URI Real-time Blacklists). URBLs are used by content filters to detect unwanted emails based on the links contained in the message body. Using a Domain Alias isolates your email campaigns from any problems caused by other senders and helps guard your reputation within the emailing industry.
The Bounce Domain feature helps to improve your overall deliverability by including a specific domain name in the header of the emails that is used to process bounces. The Bounce Domain also helps you comply with new email authentication technologies such as SenderID and SPF (this is a protocol that is used to diminish forged email and to make it easier for email systems to detect spoofed emails).
To minimise file size, graphic images are stored on CustomerMinds' high performance servers. When an email is opened, the graphics are automatically downloaded to recipients' devices.
To ensure continuous whitelist status with top ISPs, we have partnered with a global leader in deliverability protection.
We adopt a throttled approach to sending email campaigns. This best practice approach governs the number of connections and overall messages that we deliver to certain ISPs within a certain time period.
Coding for HTML emails is different to coding for websites. Consequently, when we create HTML templates for clients, we avoid Scripting, CSS and programs, like FrontPage, which add extra code that lead to blocked messages.
Emails are despatched in both HTML and/or plain text versions (the latter is automatically generated from the HTML version). Recipients' email applications will parse to display the appropriate version based on their settings.
