A Message from CustomerMinds Regarding Privacy and Spam
Today, more than ever, privacy is a major concern among people throughout the world. Although CustomerMinds provides software that allows businesses to obtain and retain customers through multiple marketing channels, we understand the importance of privacy and therefore respect the expectations of the public.
CustomerMinds does not distribute or sell members' confidential information. All such information is the direct property and responsibility of CustomerMinds' clients. This is further detailed in our Master Subscription Agreement and in our Privacy Statement.
CustomerMinds is strongly opposed to sending unsolicited communications. CustomerMinds will not knowingly sell to companies that send or plan to send "spam" (defined below). In addition to our clients' obligations, the system is designed to monitor for spam and unusual activity. Use of the system for spam will be treated as a breach of the Master Subscription Agreement.
Definition of Spam from MAPS- Mail Abuse Prevention System
A communication is spam if:
1. The recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients;
2. The recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent;
3. The transmission and reception of the message appears to the recipient to give a disproportionate benefit to the sender.
CustomerMinds' Commitment:
- CustomerMinds DOES NOT send out unsolicited email and/or SMS ("spam").
- CustomerMinds DOES NOT knowingly do business with any company that participates in sending Spam.
- Client information is personal to the client and never passed on.
- CustomerMinds will monitor activity for abuses of the anti-spam policy.
